As our pieces are made in limited quantities, we’re currently unable to accept returns for items without quality issues.
However, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tricky, so you’re always welcome to get in touch with us for sizing advice before placing your order. We’d be happy to help.
- Made-to-Order Pieces -
For made to order pieces, we offer complimentary fitting adjustments after purchase to help ensure your garment fits beautifully.
As each of these pieces is individually crafted especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been completed.
- Custom Orders -
We’re always happy to discuss custom orders and special requests.
Whether you’re looking for a particular fit, length, colour, or a piece made especially for you, please get in touch with us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
As custom pieces are created specifically for you, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We’ll work closely with you before production to make sure all details are carefully confirmed.
