Due to the nature of hand-finishing, specialist materials and individual production, subtle variations may occur between pieces. These variations are part of the character of the garment and are not necessarily considered faults.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw products or make reasonable changes to product specifications where necessary.
Selected GG CHENN pieces are available on a made-to-order and Custom basis.
Production times will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you before your order is confirmed.
Estimated production times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on material availability, craftsmanship and the complexity of the garment.
Custom commissions may require individual measurements, fittings or additional consultation. Any specifications, estimated completion dates and payment terms relating to these orders will be agreed separately before production begins.
Once production has begun on a Custom or made-to-order piece made specifically to your individual requirements, amendments may be limited and additional changes may incur further charges.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
Prices may change without notice. Where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation from GG CHENN.
For certain atelier or bespoke commissions, separate deposit and payment arrangements may apply.
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once an order is ready for dispatch and do not include any stated made-to-order or atelier production period.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
GG CHENN is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Subject to your statutory rights, eligible ready-to-wear purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging attached.
To request a return, please contact customer-care@ggchenn.com with your order number before sending the item back.
Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, damage or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the garment.
Bespoke, personalised or specially altered atelier pieces made to an individual customer’s specifications cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has begun, except where required by law or where the product is faulty.
Made-to-order pieces that have not been personalised or made to individual specifications will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the return conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Sample sale and other specially designated final-sale items may be subject to separate conditions, without affecting any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Where alterations or adjustments are requested after an order has been completed, additional charges may apply.
Garments should be handled and cared for according to the care instructions supplied with the product.
GG CHENN is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, unauthorised alterations, misuse or normal wear and ageing of materials.
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to clothing designs, artwork, photographs, films, graphics, illustrations, logos, text and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to GG CHENN, unless otherwise stated.
